Q. What different types of projects has your company handled and what types of projects are you capable of?

A. After 35 years in the business there isn't much that we haven't come across or done. We've worked on multi-million dollar commercial projects as well as small residential jobs. We do most of our work in-house using our own qualified staff to complete our jobs. If you're unsure of whether or not our company specializes in what you need done, just fill out our quote form and we will get back to you ASAP with details regarding your question.

Q. How many estimates should I be getting?

Only one is necessary as long as you are comfortable with your contractor in getting the job done well and for the right price.. These days just getting a bid is a job in itself. Trust is mandatory when deciding on a contractor! One of the most common myths today in remodeling is that you need to get three bids. You need a contractor that you can build a relationship with and that's us!

Q. How can I expedite my construction or remodeling project?

A. You will most likely need to get architectural drawings for any type of construction or remodeling you need done. If you want a precise estimate you will need to have architectural drawings for an add-on or new construction. If you need a pool or spa we can usually give you a precise estimate based on the square footage and materials used. If you do need architectural drawings we can provide you with them as well.. If another contractor says they can give you an exact quote without having architectural drawings available for a major project, you may want to be concerned about the way they do business.

Q. How long does a contractor usually take to install a pool?

A. A swimming pool of average size (15' x 30') Can take roughly six (6) weeks to complete once we receive the permits to begin work. Pools with special needs, materials, or size may take longer. Please keep in mind this is a very rough estimate. All jobs are unique therefore estimation cannot be exact.

Q. What kind of warranty comes with your pools?

A. All of our pools come with a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all of the equipment. If you purchase all Jandy pool equipment there is a 3 year manufacturers warranty. The diamond brite on the pools coating is protected by a 10 year limited warranty.

Q. What types of roof work do you do?

A. Our in house roofing division is capable of doing all types of major roofing. Tile roofs, flat roofs, shingle roofs, commercial roofs, and residential roofs are all roofs that we are easily able to handle.
